A resident of Sag Harbor for over 10 years, Keith Schumann has experience in both property management and residential construction throughout the East End. Prior to that, he worked as a Civil & Environmental Engineer for consulting firms in both NY & CT.

Anchor’s Home Management program is for those who require only select services, perhaps because they already have maintenance providers established for one or many of their needs. So whether it’s off-season house watching or landscape maintenance, we’re happy to entertain any & all your wishes.
Anchor’s Estate Management program is for those who desire a hands-off approach, i.e. full takeover of your property. Everything from house cleaning to HVAC maintenance, we’ll manage & oversee it from beginning to end.
